Description

A vulnerability has been discovered in Kopete allowing remote users to execute arbitrary commands on the local system when sending GPG encrypted messages.

The problem is that input isn't sanitized before it is passed to the command line. This allows remote users to execute arbitrary commands with the privileges of the user running Kopete.

This has been confirmed in versions prior to 0.6.2.
