Description:
A vulnerability has been identified in XMMS Remote, which can be exploited by malicious people to execute arbitrary commands on a vulnerable system.

The vulnerability is caused due to an input validation error in the server script in the file "XMMS.pm". This can be exploited by passing commands to the script, which uses the user input in a system() call.

NOTE: The vulnerable version was only available on 7th May, 2003 between 4am PST and 11am PST.
