Description:
HP has reported a vulnerability in HP-UX, which can be exploited by malicious, local users to escalate their privileges on a vulnerable system.

The vulnerability is caused due to a boundary error in the service "ipcs" but is only present in HP9000 Series 700/800 running HP-UX release 11.00.

No further details about the vulnerability has been released.
