Solution:
Do not allow untrusted users access to the local system running BlackMoon FTP Server.
Make sure that all inactive accounts are disabled. Enforce a strict password policy, which requires strong passwords. Restrict access to the service allowing only connection attempts from trusted IPs if possible.
