Solution: It has been reported that this is fixed in the latest version.
To enhance security, you should use a tool such as URLScan Security Tool to filter malicious characters from URLs. Access to stored procedures should also be limited (see the Microsoft document: "Make Your SQL Servers More Secure" found in "Other References" for details).
