Description

Four different issues have been reported to affect Unicenter ServicePlus Service Desk.

1) It is possible to upload arbitrary files and possibly execute arbitrary commands on the system. The problem exists within "/scripts/file_upload.pl".

2) Normal helpdesk users can read arbitrary system files using the "templates" parameter in "pdmcgi.exe". The problem is that the "templates" parameter is not verified before it is used to open files. "pdmcgi.exe" usually runs with "SYSTEM" privileges.

3) It is possible to create and browse reports using "pdm_cgireport.exe" without authentication.

4) Normal users are able to see other users' requests by manipulating requests to "pdmcgi.exe".
