Description: Debian has reported a vulnerability in GTKSee, which potentially can be exploited by malicious people to compromise a user's system.
The vulnerability is caused due to a boundary error when handling PNG images of certain colour depths. If a user is tricked into viewing a malicious PNG image in GTKSee, it may be possible to cause a heap overflow and execute arbitrary code with the user's privileges on the system.
