Description:
A vulnerability has been identified in cmdftp, which potentially can be exploited by malicious people to compromise a user's system.

The vulnerability is caused due to a boundary error in the "store_line()" function when handling file listings. A malicious server can exploit this by returning overly long, specially crafted lines when a user requests a file listing (uses the "ls" command).

Successful exploitation causes a heap overflow and could potentially allow execution of arbitrary code on the user's system with the privileges of the user.
