Description: SQL injection vulnerability in the SYS.DBMS_CDC_IPUBLISH.CREATE_SCN_CHANGE_SET procedure in Oracle Database Server 10g allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary SQL commands via the CHANGE_SET_NAME parameter.
