Should QT7 B uninstalled B-4 installing patch? I have Final Uninstaller and would use it.

Welcome to the Secunia forum.

I'm not sure what the QT7 B is, Apple reports QuickTime 7.6.7 as latest version.

Use this link to download, http://www.apple.com/quicktime/download/ . If you would like to uninstall first it would be OK as this is a complete download, not a patch.
