In the article, ‘Secunia offers flaw hunters new hassle-free reporting service’ journalist John E. Dunn discusses the flexible new Secunia Vulnerability Coordination Reward Program (SVCRP)“an ‘honest intermediary’ through which independent researchers can report and have security vulnerabilities checked out at no cost.”

SVCRP fills the gap in existing reward programs. One of its key benefits is that it removes the complexity from the reporting/admin process by dealing with vendors on the researcher’s behalf.
