Today is an exciting and historic day for Secunia – the new Secunia Corporate Software Inspector (CSI) 5.0 has been officially launched following extensive beta testing by more than 4,000 beta testers.
I would like to say a sincere thank you to you for your valuable feedback, which has helped to make the Secunia CSI 5.0 the solution it is today. We were delighted to hear your great endorsements of our exciting new developments, such as, “It is a huge leap above and beyond the current version... I am very impressed with the beta.”
With the new Secunia CSI 5.0, we have taken corporate patch management to the next level regarding scope, flexibility, and customisation. This is because we believe that each of our customers is unique and therefore deserves a unique solution that can tailor itself to their specific vulnerability management requirements.
Now it is possible to enjoy even greater integration with Microsoft WSUS & SCCM, scan Apple Macs as well as PCs for vulnerabilities, and install, configure, uninstall, and deploy updates (even non-security related updates) with our unique Secunia Package System (SPS).
I have made a brief video to guide you through the highlights of the solution. Watch it here.
Secunia’s Customer Support Center has also prepared a video which offers a more in-depth run-through of the Secunia CSI 5.0, here.
Enjoy – and Stay Secure,
Morten R. Stengaard
