Leave - Interim CEO

8:45 CET, 26th May 2011 By Niels Henrik Rasmussen.

Dear business partners,

Unfortunately my hip has been causing me pain over the last years, and last year I had 2 key hole surgeries for this. However the pain in my hip continues and I'm therefore to undergo more intensive training, pain treatment, hopeful operation and rehabilitation. I've therefore asked for leave to strengthen and tie up the focus for this.

During my leave an Interim CEO will act to ensure that Secunia progresses and develops further. I've therefore asked Thomas Zeihlund to take the role as Interim CEO, and he will provide the leadership of Secunia; leading the management and business of Secunia. Thomas Zeihlund comes from a position as CFO at Telenor (Chief Finance Officer at Denmark's second largest telco), and has before this worked in Ascio Technologies and Navision. Thomas Zeihlund is already very familiar with the business of Secunia from his board seat, and Thomas Zeihlund has now been approved by the board of Secunia as Interim CEO. While I'm away Thomas Zeihlund and I will regularly be sparring and counselling until I'm back expectedly by the end of 2011.

Best

Niels Henrik Rasmussen
