Secunia was once again a proud finalist at this year’s prestigious SC Magazine Awards held in the U.S.A., with the Secunia Corporate Software Inspector (CSI) 4.1 nominated in the “Best Vulnerability Management Tool” category. The Secunia CSI 3.0 was also recognised at the 2010 SC Magazine Awards Europe and was “Highly commended.”
The SC Magazine Awards is a major global event that honours and recognises the very best of the IT security industry. The Secunia CSI 4.1 was nominated alongside McAfee, nCircle, Qualys, Rapid7, and Tenable Network Security. This is an important benchmark. It shows that you, our industry peers and community, are recognising the Secunia CSI's value and contribution to helping companies handle the threat of vulnerabilities as part of overall risk management.
We will continue to push the boundaries of possibilities in Vulnerability Intelligence, Vulnerability Assessment, and Patch Management in 2011, following on from a record-breaking 2010 during which we won five industry awards, including the Frost & Sullivan Customer Value Enhancement award.
The stage is set for a fantastic 2011. Thank you to all Secunians, customers, and the community!
