SC Awards: Secunia CSI a finalist again

13:05 CET, 21st February 2012 By Maria Eriksen-Jensen.

Hot on the heels of SC Magazine awarding the Secunia Corporate Software Inspector (CSI) a 5-Star overall rating (plus individual 5-Star ratings for ease of use, performance, documentation, support, and value for money), I’m delighted to say that the Secunia CSI has once again been recognised by the magazine’s annual European awards.

The Secunia CSI has been voted a finalist in the category ‘Technology Awards - Best Security Management’ alongside HP ArcSight, NitroSecurity, Cyber-Ark, nCircle, and Websense.

This is the third year now that the Secunia CSI has been nominated by the SC Awards Europe and this positive recognition also extends to North America. For example, the SC Awards U.S. named the Secunia CSI a finalist in the 'Best Vulnerability Management Tool' category in 2011.

Continuous acknowledgement from industry experts and the community, such as this, reinforces the uniqueness of the Secunia CSI and the integral role that patch management plays in IT security management.

The winners of all categories will be announced at the official dinner on 24th April 2012 in London. To find out more about the SC Awards Europe 2012, click here.

Stay Secure,

Maria Eriksen Jensen
