Hello.
Here is a copy of a very recent official explanation concerning translation of psi :_

Hi,

The PSI 2.0 is currently not translated. Since our tranlation effort is done by volunteers, we did not feel we could ask our volunteers to translate the user interface before it was finalized (otherwise they would have to redo their work when we made changes).

However, the translation effort is already underway, and we hope to have the PSI 2.0 translated as soon as possible.

hope this helps.

How do I get the "advanced" mode that was available in previous versions?

Hi,

There is no advanced mode in the PSI 2.0; Furthermore, there is no longer an 'easy to patch' feature, meaning that all insecure programs on your system will be shown.

If you are looking for the Secure Browsing tab, this can be enabled under settings.

hope this helps.

I loved Secunia PSI version 1.0.0.1 -- (and it looks better than the newer Beta version, too. The "skin", I guess, and how it looks and works to configure it).

However, I UNINSTALLED it tonight, because for some reason, Secunia's PSI 2.0 (Beta) has not been working correctly - or at all. It stopped working after I installed my newly purchased software called: Kaspersky Internet Security 2011. Has anyone had the same or similar problem???

Since the PSI stopped loading at startup and wouldn't work automatically or hardly at all, I decided to uninstall it (only temporarily) because I want to re-download it then RE-install it (PSI 2.0). Hopefully, it will work! If not, I will reinstall and use the "older" PSI version 1.0 -- to see if that corrects my problem.

I REALLY value how Secunia PSI keeps my computer SAFE, and will always have it running on my PC. It's GREAT software! - THANKS for inventing it!
