You will see that Secunia does not offer tech support for Secunia PSI, but they recommend that you join their free support forum. You can pose this question there and odds are you will hear from someone who knows more about this software than I. That's what I would do, if you really want to get Secunia PSI working.

Maybe you had (temporary)no connection with Internet. Are you using Vista of XP? Check your system using System File Checker - SFC/Scannow to have a file repaired if it was damaged.
