Hi , This problem is already raised in a couple of other threads . These are lfet over files if you have updated to version 6. If you have not already updated , you should do so . Click the [+] sign to the left of the program display on the scan results page of the PSI , select the yellowish "open folder" folder icon - the one WITHOUT the red blob (left hand end of the detected instance) - and this will display the recalcitrant file as blue highlighted in Explorer ; right click the entry and select delete (for both files) . You probably need to run a full scan for the changes to register . Hope that is clear , if not ask again . Anthony -- It always seems impossible until its done. Nelson Mandela |
