PSI reports it as needing update. I clicked the update link and was taken to a website. I allowed the file to download. I double clicked it and got the message that Windows Installer service won't upgrade because the program to be upgraded is missing or the patch is for a different version. I don't get how PSI can find the program and then Windows installer say its not there or the patch is wrong. |

Hi , If you want some detailed advice , then post more details as per :- http://secunia.com/vulnerability_scanning/personal... The PSI will attempt to locate the download/update at the relevant website , but cannot help if you need an incremental update typical of Adobe . Anthony -- It always seems impossible until its done.
