I am trying to forward a new program suggestion using the PSI form. However, the program box will not allow me to enter data. I have added the PSI URL to the trusted list in IE but to no avail. I have also stopped Norton Internet Security but to no avail. Need assistance for a resolution.

Hello.
Are you using the latest version of psi.........2.0.0.3003 ?

Please note that Beta/Dev versions of programs are not accepted for monitoring.

Have you checked/verified all the settings are correct as per the following sections of the FAQ's ?
http://secunia.com/products/consumer/psi/faq/#s3
and here :-
http://secunia.com/products/consumer/psi/faq/#q17

Hope the foregoing helps........regards,

The only way I was able to use the PSI Program Suggestion link was to remove check mark from "Check for server certificate revocation". I do not like this configuration so immediately following use of the PSI suggestion link I replaced the check mark.

The other issue I have is where or how do I verify my version of PSI? I know I have version 2.0 from the heading however I do not have a clue if I have the latest update for version 2.0. No way to verify nor do I get any notifications that there is a latter version or update.

Right click on the Tasktray Icon>select about - the latest version is 2.0.0.3003.

If U have version 2.0.0.3001 or 2.0.0.3002 & U are not getting any hasstle there is no requirement to update as version 2.0.0.3002 & 2.0.0.3003 are bug fixes only.

The changelog is here:

Sorry about the edit.

Thank You! I have version 3001 with no known issues. Therefore, I do not plan to update at this time. Your support is appreciated!

Bob,
Looks like your problems has been resolved. I will lock this thread for U in a couple of hours unless U post back asking for it to be left open.

This will prevent U from receiving update emails from Forum "tag on" posts & spammers.

Secunia Support can always reopen threads by applying by email to: support@secunia.com

You can of course lock it yourself. To do that click the ACCEPT button in the post of the helper who offered U the best solution/advice to solve your problem(s).
