Mogs , A PSI tray pop-up has just advised me of a new patched programme and it is displayed on the Scan Results page as Shockwave Flash 10.x :- C:\Documents and Settings\User Name\Local Settings\Application Data\Google\Chrome SxS\Application\15.0.869.0\gcswf32.dll, version 10.3.183.7 This is a Folder/file in the latest version of Canary . No zombie file (for version15.0.868.0) and no pick up in the adjacent folders for the Dev Channel versions ...861.0 and ...865.0 . Can you confirm ?? Tomorrow am will do . Thanks . Anthony -- It always seems impossible until its done. Nelson Mandela |

Anthony. Before and after a full psi scan....I havn't got Shockwave Flash in Scan Results showing. I'm running 15.0.869.0 Canary....with Shockwave 10.3.183.7 showing in plug-ins. 15.0.865.0 Dev ......same version Flash. I'd cleared out the older file/s manually, yesterday. Sorry to have missed you last night.....hope the info's of use........ -- |

Thanks Mogs , The pop-up and new programme was noticed (some) time after PSI ran it's weekly scan yesterday . Just ran a new full scan and the item has disappeared ; full scan results pop-up with ('til now) no individual pop-up re programme's removal . I noticed , the other day , that ddm posted about having an extra SWF display with the detected instance in his AIR programme :- http://secunia.com/community/forum/thread/show/113... I did not see that on my system . As we say in Lancashire : "Everthing/one's weird these days , 'cept me an' thee and thar's a bit quair tha'sel' " . Plenty of good stuff in the Clips and seemingly less irrational voting , so have 5 for your trouble . If only we had a website that I could see clearly now ; maybe it's just a temporary "dark cloud" of the Webmaster that has me blind !! Take care Anthony -- It always seems impossible until its done.
