PSI recommend donloading the latest patch but when I try to run the progtram the Adobe installer states that that "The version of Adobe Flash Player that you are trying to install is not the most current version. Please visit the Player Download Center to obtain the latest, most secure version". So i go to Adobe's download center sight and download the verison they recommend but when I rescan the PSI still flags it as insecure.
Can anyone offer any soluions?

The very latest version is "220.127.116.11" ...
As Adobe's website seems to be temporarily unaccessible by the moment I'm writing this comment, hereby another link to download the latest version(s) : http://www.filehippo.com/download_flashplayer_ie/
Edit : now the official site is accessible again; here the link : http://get.adobe.com/fr/flashplayer/

Please try to rescan with the PSI and then apply the solution offered by the PSI.
We were unable to reproduce the issue as you have described it.
Hope this helps.

|This is the Internet Explorer version of Flash Player. Did you use Internet Explorer to do the download?
Use http://www.adobe.com/software/flash/about/ to check which version of Flash Player is being used.
If the correct version is installed, you may need to restart Windows and do a complete PSI rescan to get the change to register.
This answer is provided “as-is.” You bear the risk of using it.
