Same issue here.

Don't know if it is related but I also got a popup from avast! that it blocked malware from psi when accessing online banking.

10 AM UK TIME.

Have just installed PSI version 2.0.0.3003 & ran a full scan & all appears in order.

Try a full rescan to see if the programmes populate.

Scan executed succesfully (ID: 2000).

Interesting to see if anyone else is still suffering.

I have just rescanned using version 2.0.0.3003 & version 2.0.0.4003 on my test PC & both are reporting correctly.

I'm experiencing the exact same problem.
After noticing red icon, I opened the interface, all scan results gone..like it was a brand new install. Set a full scan going. At the end of the scan, a zero system score. No programs scanned.
XP Home, all up to date (100% 'till now), w/Avast. Nothing in the quarantine; no files listed as infected, nothing blocked.

Thought this was a version problems and so upgraded to 4003 but still have the same problem. Scanned a couple of times (last one at 11:05).

Scan results page shows that the scan took 33 secs! The last scan value is "N/A" although the message is "Scan executed successfully (ID: 2015)."

PS could someone remind me how to check which version of PSI I have, please?

PPS I just tried to move to a different screen and got this error message:

Error: TypeError
Function: util.switchPage
File: undefined
Line: undefined
Description: 'length' is null or not an object

Does this mean that the problem is being fixed as we speak?

Hi ,

On XP SP3 with PSI 2.0.0.3003 I still have the "Dashboard" error message/0%/red icon even after a full scan . This is typical of a Secunia server problem and this may be the case here ; I connect to the server(s) from France and there are geographical differences .

Unless the server has gone up in smoke , your last scan data will be held there and rep˘pulate the GUI when you next get connection to the servers . This may occur automatically or you may need a full scan and/or reboot .

No panic is necessary at this stage , save it for later :))

Take care

Anthony

Installed IE 9, and my results went from 99% to 0%.

Got the error message posted by another user earlier about the Dashboard.

Downloaded latest PSI (October 2011), rebooted, still 0% after re-scan.

ALSO: program is not saving statistics, such as the date/time of the most recent scan and date/time of the next scan, and every time I open the main window it brings up the "Welcome" message again.

A bit late in the day after the event.......had to go out soon after I'd posted......icon at green as soon as I booted up this evening, and a full scan completed.......eventually.
For the first few scans after I downloaded 2.0.0.4003 it knocked a minute or so off the scan time...but the last couple have about doubled. Any news in the pipeline about a fix on the Secure Browsing feature anyone ?

same issue here, I found the red icon in my tray and decided to run a full scan. After scan ended successfully (ID:2000) I found my Dashboard completly in white, no programs displayed in scan results. I de- and reinstalled PSI (latest version), but no success.

Still 0% and no results listed even after apparent "successful" scan. This is as of 11:50 p.m. (2350 hours) in Massachusetts USA.

everything OK here - scan took under 3 minutes. Are you still having slow scan speeds, Mogs?

@Mogs & anyone else who wants to check their browser can use this:

QUALYS BROWSER CHECK

If U want a second opinion of your browser(s) security state U can use this tool.

Details of how it works are here:
https://community.qualys.com/docs/DOC-1542#s2_q7

Worth reading all their FAQ & how it works particularly if U want to save the scan link as it does not install a programme on your PC.

The scanner is here:
https://browsercheck.qualys.com/

@ Maurice

Thanks for those links-another 'bullet'
in the arsenal of war against the 'bad guys'.
In my opinion one can never be 'too sure'.

Thanks for all your hard work here on the
Forum, I realize you're not the only one but
you did provide this information.

I hope your weekend is enjoyable.

Regards, wr

PS FWIW-no problems w/ v1.5.0.2 as has been described on this thread w/v2.0.xxx.

Installed the Qualys Browser Check plug-in on both my psi-unmonitored Chrome 17's !!
Passed the tests.....very pleased.....thankyou Maurice !!
Even tho' the plug in is installed the user must still visit the website to test.

That is correct - it does not install "a programme" to the hard drive. It is cross platform ActiveX which must be tested against EACH browser installed.
