I have created several packages for Adobe flash, and now we see that for some of them, google toolbar installation is included with the patch.
This posts as a problem for us since it includes a \"pop-up blocker\" and our ERP-system logonscreen is a browser pop-up.
I need to know from which version of Adobe Flash they started to include Google toolbar, so that I can remove all the packages I have created with the toolbar in it.
Furthermore I need to make a custom package for the Adobe Flash update without Google toolbar.
Appreciate your help!

Could it be possible that your end users may have installed the Flash Player from Adobe's web site manually and left the default checkbox for Google Toolbar selected or are you seeing this on all of your PCs updated with one of the CSI created packages?

I had noticed Flash Player 11.1 showed up in my CSI console today and just wasn't sure if I should hold back in case that was the one causing the problem.

Hey,

Sorry for the late reply but I'm not able to replicate the same scenario. We have another thread open on the same subject:

You can go on Adobe's website with Internet Explorer :
http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/otherversions/

Select the operating system that you have and the version that you want to download and you will have an option to download Google Toolbar also. Uncheck this option and download the installer.

When creating an update for Adobe Flash Player (Active X) component, under Step 2, remove the default link and add the installer.

Hope this helps.

Let me know if you need more detailed instructions.
