Hello,

I just ran a complete scan with PSI v2.0.0.4003.

Adobe Flash version 10.3.183.10 (ActiveX) & (NPAPI) both show as patched and up to date.

Yet on The Secunia main page I see a security advisory for flashplayer 11x.

Should PSI be indicating Flash 10 as end of life and prompting me to install version 11 ?

No - PSI is a vulnerability checker & not a general updater. If any version of a programme U have installed is secure it will not advise U to update.

FAQ reference here:

http://secunia.com/products/consumer/PSI/faq/#q6

If U do manually update to a more recent version PSI will register it for future reporting provided it is not in BETA.

Thanks for the clarification. The link helped. So apparently the version of flash I'm running is not EOL.
