Greetings.

Running 2.0.0.4003, connected to Internet, scans complete properly, and I have had a 100% system score since installed in October. Oh ya.

But I cannot connect with my online profile.

I click on the "Recover Profile" button in the application, I get a "Please wait while a request is sent to server" dialog, progress bar gets to about 10%, and then... dialog box disappears.

I've been trying this weekly for many, many weeks.

I've also tried creating a new profile -- exactly the same results.

Using Wireshark, I can follow the TCP stream, which show the proper connection and handshaking between PC and Secunia server, and encrypted data flow (Wireshark capture attached at end of post)

So what's going on here? Why can't I connect PSI to my online profile?

Same issue here. Windows 7. No Firewalls, but I do use AVG.

When I launch https:/psi.secunia.com, it automatically redirects me to http://secunia.com/vulnerability_scanning/personal... -- is this the expected behaviour?

FWIW, in the Wireshark scan I posted above, the IP address connected to is 91.198.117.118:

I emailed support a week ago, and received the following replies (and have permission to post them here, as per second email):

Thank you for contacting Secunia Support.

We currently have an issue with the Recover Profile feature in the PSI so you may not be able to use that feature at the moment.

Please note that registering the PSI is not required and will not affect its functionality in any way.
