With effect from today (22-Dec), PSI has ceased displaying Scan Results. Instead of the normal 70 listed programs, it claims that there are none! I have re-run a Scan, with the same results. What has happened? |

Hi All Not wishing any ill feelings or trying to disperse FUD but I think the 'problem' is very well known now. Having said that I will now unsubscribe from this thread as my Inbox is rapidly filing with the same posts from different people. Will check tomorrow (12/23) to see if the matter has been resolved. Hi Anthony Guess you wondered why I posted such a strange response to this thread. It was meant to be posted here http://secunia.com/community/forum/thread/show/119... Sorry about that-anyway just fired up the comp & everything PSI seems to be working OK. Well most things-I now have 3 insecure browsers, IE8 & Adobe Flash Player, both NPAPI & Activex listed twice plus PSI doesn't recognize my copy of email program Windows Mail which it had previously. Other than that -no problemo. I can live with it. Subscribing here rather than the other thread I mentioned. I would like to take this opportunity to wish you & yours a very Merry Christmas-hope you receive everything you need & a heckuva lot of what you want. C U later & thanks for all you do here. I am still seeing a score of 0, despite so many posts saying theirs is working again. I have update, reinstalled, rebooted, still nothing. Is there something not too technical that I am missing? |

@katobie Hello. This thread might be closed by the originator of it at any time.....it might be better if you start your own thread in that event. Meantime....let's see how we go........... What is your OS? XP, Vista, W7 ? When you say you've updated....are you at the latest version psi....2.0.0.4003 ? It can be found by clicking the taskbar icon.....and then About. Your post shows you to have been a user from 27/12/11 Have you checked that you've configured as per the settings in the FAQ's here :- http://secunia.com/products/consumer/psi/faq/#s3 if using XP particularly take note of the latter paragraphs. . -- |

Peter, Happy New Year. There has been no input from U for 9 days therefore I assume the problem was fixed once the Secunia Servers stopped throwing "a wobbly"?
