On my portable, but not on my main system, Secunia reports that Chrome and Google Earth are out-of-date versions. This has been happening for some time. I have reinstalled the most recent versions to no avail.

Both of my systems run Windows 7, 64 bit.

What can I do to stop this?

@gwcrim

Hello.
I'm not at all familiar with the workings of CSI , but I can tell you that it is usual for Chrome to leave the older file/version behind at update....it most often needs be removed manually to prevent it being detected as a vulnerability. The current Stable version is 16.0.912.63.....if that is installed, then you can remove any other.
Similarly so with Google Earth....if the current version is present....then you should remove the previous.

Hope the foregoing is of some help.........regards,

@mogs

I do not think we have a CSI user & I have changed the header,

He asked the same questions here 3 weeks ago.

That thread was auto locked due to no response. Looks like a repeat performance,
