Ive got 99% and it says for Java that it is still waiting for.... and the screen cuts it off so i cant read it but i assume to finish it, it says update. I clicked install solution before hand, what is is waiting for how do i fix it?

It says that thread has been locked. I just now logged back on and PSI says its still waiting for update to complete.

It may be locked.....but there's nothing preventing you from reading Maurice Joyce's post.....if that is the Java problem you've got. I'm still no wiser either as you don't provide anything to enlighten !
At the very least you might provide the Troubleshoot Report :-
