Last Thursday, I decided to reinstall Windows 7 Home Premium. I downloaded and installed version 18.104.22.16803 of the Secunia PSI. I tried to recover my account using my username and email address but I have not received an email. I have tried multiple times but I never received any emails and I checked "Spam" in Gmail and I didn't see any emails from Secunia.
I would like some help resolving this issue.
