Hi,

I recently re Installed the OS and upon REINSTALLING SECUNIA THE FOLLOWING HAPPENED

1. After the INITIAL scan,;IT won't show the results

2.Installed programs are NOT LISTED

3.After FILLING out the SECUNIA PROFILE INFO NO CONFIRMATION request was send to my EMAIL address.

4. I UNINSTALLED and REINSTALLED SECUNIA ,however the problem REMAINS

WHAT TO DO?

Have you checkedDashboard/ Configuration/Settings/Drives......that the ones you wish monitored are checked ?
What OS are you using ?

Have you checked thro' the configuration/settings in the FAQ's here ?:-

Also note the latter paragraphs which particularly apply to XP

Glad you've managed to get fixed up.
From your User since date you may have begun using psi a month after me.....have you tended to move on with the version changes as they've "arrived"....or taken the occasional Great Leap ?
Of the most recent versions, 2.0.0.3003 seemed the most reliable....but I'm not displeased with the present 2.0.0.4003 version.....the bugs in the Secure Browsing feature don't concern me as much.
I just think it's a phenomenal free tool.

If you find you are you are now satisfied.....as the originator of the thread, you can close it if you wish, by pressing Accept.....that will prevent tag-on posts to thread, and reminder e-mails
