I'm getting tired of searching solution for this problem!!!! When I try to open the program from the tray it won't load. I'm running win7 64 bit. I have another comp xp sp3 on which i can open the program with the local admin account. Please!!! Anyone!??? Is there something else I can try than checking language settings or workstation service status..... |

Have U tried? 1. A reinstall from here: ftp://ftp.secunia.com/PSISetup.exe 2. Looked at the FAQ here: http://secunia.com/products/consumer/PSI/faq/#s1 3. Compared the settings of your XP PC with Windows 7. 4. Downgraded to version 1.5.0.2 from here to see if that works: http://secunia.com/PSI1Setup.exe -- Maurice Windows 7 SP1 64 Bit OS HP Intel Pentium i7 IE9 16GB RAM |

I'm having exactly the same problem which suddenly started this morning. None of Maurice's solutions work I'm afraid. Also very slow getting on to this site. |

My solution will not work foir those that have hi-jacked this thread. @makeljoh the originator has a long outstanding issue. Looks like the rest have been affected by the outrage with the secunia servers which lasted for some hours. @makeljoh Please to see U have got it all sorted. At some stage U may wish to try upgrading again. On that basis, I will lock this thread for U in a few hours time unless U post back asking for it to be left open. This will protect your mail box from more update emails from Forum "tag on" posts You can of course lock your own threads yourself. Just click the ACCEPT button in the post of the helper who offered U the best solution/advice to solve your problem.
