Hi. Just scanned. Message showed 99% and tray icon turned amber.

Clicked on Scan Results - that shows 100% and no problem programs.

Posting this just in case anyone else has the same thing.

(Will there be a record on my PC of the scan/message/results?)

U are showing as 100%.

Have U tried closing the tray icon with a right click & restarting PSI?

Hi Maurice. Yes I did that.

It's just that when the scan small window popped up with 99% immediately the scan finished. and the icon went from green to amber, to then go to the scan results and be told it is in fact 100% was unusual.

Is there any way I can check at this end to get confirmation that it was (for an instant!) shown as 99%?

Two items should appear on completion of a scan. One in the centre of the PSI programme inviting U to view the programmes scanned results page or return to the dashboard & a balloon popup from the task tray icon informing U the scan was successful/number of programmes scanned..

Both should have an equal % score.I suspect it was just a little hiccup with the tray icon.

Not sure we can find out the reason but can U remember:

a. If both "boxes" displayed the same number of scanned programmes?
b. If both "boxes" returned a 99% score?
c. If U activated the Return To Dashboard option did the graph colour match that of the Task Tray icon?
