Hi. I updated to the latest version of Flash Player this morning and now Flash Player is not showing up in the list of programs in the scan results. It should be showing 2 instances of Flash Player.

Is it showing up in the Secure Browsing section ? It may be that the Secunia database is in the process of being amended to detect it properly.....tho' not the same problem as yours....some indication earlier in the following post :-

Thanks for your reply, Mogs. Flash Player is not showing under Secure Browsing. The PSI database is probably not updated yet. I did a scan again this morning and it's still not showing up. I'll give it a couple of days and see what happens.

I have just tested the issue U describe by running a full PSI scan using versions 1.5.0.2, 2.0.0.3003 & 2.0.0.4003.

Flash is showing as secure in the Scan Results page & Insecure in the Secure Browsing page on all three tests.

U are not by chance trying to overwrite a Flash BETA version or have a BETA version installed?

The latest version 11.1.102.62 will not overwrite the BETA versions in the range 11.2.2....

As I am sure U are aware Secunia do not asset track programmes in BETA.

Thanks, Maurice. Somehow I inadvertently installed the Beta versions. Everything is ok now.
