When I try to log in to the community, all I can see of the login dialog is a red bar at the bottom of the page and the word loh i, but not the areas to fill in. I am using Windows 7 with an 800x600 screen resolution and 120 dpi. I accidently found another way to log in, but do not recall how I was able to do it. -- howiem |

@howlem9999 If you are using any of the psi versions prior to 3.0 beta as a registered user, there is provision to log in to the community from psi......in psi 2.0.0.4003 look in Learn more, on the Dashboard. If you are using psi as unregistered, it won't be possible....and unfortunately, the Recover profile feature is at present not functional. Obviously tho'...you've gotten here somehow...so perhaps that was the method eh ?! -- |

What U describe looks like the unfixed web bug. The log on box will appear if U lower the screen zoom level. (bottom right of web page if using IE) Be prepared to use a magnifying glass or guess what is required dependant on the size of your screen. If using a netbook don't bother!! -- Maurice Windows 7 SP1 64 Bit OS HP Intel Pentium i7 IE 10 for Windows 7 16GB RAM |

I am using PSI 3.0 beta and FF 10.0.2. I have other issues with IE9. The way I log in is by View | Page Style | No Style which allows me to see at least some of the login dialog. -- howiem |

OK, Maurice, thanks. If I can remember to change the page styles to none in Firefox, I might be OK. -- howiem |

Pleased to hear U can do something. I only use IE so cannot help on third party browser settings. We live in hope that Secunia will fix the issue for all browsers. -- Maurice Windows 7 SP1 64 Bit OS HP Intel Pentium i7 IE 10 for Windows 7 16GB RAM |

Hi , In Firefox , I use the addon NoSquint :- https://urandom.ca/nosquint/ This has page zoom and text zoom settings for individual websites ; they are available in View->zoom or a tray icon .EDIT: with also [+] and [-] in the toolbar , most useful in this instance . I still need to zoom out (but just the page) to see the box , but I can easily see/read/fill in the log-in box without a telescope . A second useful addon "TidyRead" is not currently compatible with 10.0.2 unfortunately . Hope that helps . Anthony -- It always seems impossible until its done. Nelson Mandela |
