This morning Secunia PSI reported that my ESET Smart Security program is insecue:

[This program was detected as Insecure, it is strongly recommended that you apply the latest security patch from the vendor of the program.
The version detected of ESET Smart Security 4.x was 4.0.467.0 while the latest version including one or more security fixes is 4.2.40.1.]

When I clicked on the "Install Solution" link in Secunia, an ESET web page opened offering a download of ESET version 5.
I do not want to upgrade to version 5; I just want to apply the latest security patch for version 4.
How can I download the latest security patch for version 4.2.40.1 of ESET Smart Security?

I can't find the update suggested anywhere either.....but Support may have more info on Monday.
Did notice tho' the offer of a Free upgrade :-
Upgrade to version 5 for free!
Step up to the next level of security with the fifth generation of ESET security solutions. The upgrade to version 5 is free for all holders of ESET software licenses.
