What's up with PSI? I had PSI 2.0 which showed a score of 98% but wouldn't allow me access to fix the problems - "verifying internet connection...". I downloaded PSI 3.0 and this version is now telling me that I "have programs that require manual updates" but won't allow me access to fix them - "loading".

Best first check that your settings are in order as outlined in the FAQ's here:-

Hope it helps

Thanks for the link. Completed all items, but both my Task Manager and Services for Secunia Update Agent either have it stopped or no status entry. I start the SUA in Services and I receive this message "The Secunia Update Agent service on local computer started and then stopped, some services stop automatically if they are not in use by other service programs". Any further suggestions?

What is your OS ?
I presume you're running as Administrator ?

When you stated that psi 2.0 "wouldn't let you in ".....did you mean that, you only got as far as "Verifying Internet connection" and you're still experiencing the same with psi 3.0 beta ?
