I am trying to force a manual scan on a workstation that will run a type 3 scan. I open a command prompt and type in csia -cc -t/type 3. I get the scanner to start a scan but the 5th line in the command window says Starting a new inspection (type=1). Shouldn't the inspection type = 3? |

Hi sct401, When running a manual scan you can see all the arguments available with command: csia.exe -h If we look at the scan options we will see this line: -t/--type <type> This means that you should use either "-t <type>" or "--type <type>", where <type> is 1, 2 or 3. So for you specific purpose you should use the following command: csia.exe -cc -t 3 or csia.exe -cc --type 3 Best Regards / Stay Secure Bjarne Lindow Junior Solution Specialist Secunia Customer Support Center |
