Can you see psi_tray.exe in Task Manager?

If you start PSI from the Start Menu, does the icon reappear?

Does the icon reappear if you reboot?

There should be a link for psi_tray.exe in C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Startup. This may have been removed by a 'Tune Up' utility.
