PSI 2.0.0.4003 Installed today on Windows 7 SP1 with all updates. Running uninstaller from programs and features results in freezing about 5% of the way through at "Output folder: c:\program files(x86)\Secunia\PSI" It froze there for 15+ minutes, so I rebooted and tried to run it again, but it said it was uninstalled and would I like to remove it from the list of installed programs. Yes please. Installed again as it clearly wasn't uninstalled (files and folders still existed), ran install, skipped existing files, install went fine. Run uninstaller again, same thing, freezing at same point. The X to close uninstaller is greyed out, along with back, next, and cancel. Only option is to kill uninstaller or reboot. Update: I manually ended the process sua.exe and it proceeded through the uninstall. |
