Hi, Has anyone installed the program Avi Smart Defender 1.01 by me this program are not detected by secunia psi version 2.0.0.4003,i have run several full system scans in secunia psi but with no results. Has anyone having the same problem/issue Secondly i have Eset Smart Security 5.0.95.0 installed on my computer,but secenia psi does not detected this new version,he detects the previous version of Eset Smart Security wich is version 5.0.94.0 Has Anyone having the same problem/issue I;m seeing forward to any comment Geert |

Hello Geert. I'll begin by assuming that you are an average sensible user i.e. you're happy to follow simple instructions. So, if you go to the Scan results screen, you' ll see "Are you missing a program" on the top right. Follow those easy-to-use instructions and tell Secunia about the two programs you mentioned. PS I've creditted you with common sense so I haven't searched for them myself! Hello, I;m not able to add any dll or .exe file to secunia i have try but without succes,there are coming up messages that secunia are not able to read these files. Would you please add these missing programs to secunia. Dear regards,Geert |

@Geert A little research tells me that U are correct. Avi Smart Defender 1.01 has no readable data for Secunia to register it. U should contact the vendor & tell them to update the File Version,Product Name & Product Version. Eset Smart Security V5 has no vulnerabilities. http://secunia.com/advisories/product/38817/ On that basis the update from V5.0.94.0 to V5.0.95.0 must be for bug fix or cosmetic reasons which PSI is not interested in.
