For the last few days, PSI has been telling me that I need to manually update Microsoft Excel 2010 (C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Office\Office14 - Installed Version 14.0.4734.1000) and Microsoft Visio 2010 Viewer(same path as excel, installed version 14.0.4730.1010). When I click on the manual update link, it opens windows update, which says there are no updates available. I'm using 64 bit Windows 7 Professional with Service Pack 1, Intel i7 processor with 6gb RAM This is occurring in PSI beta 3. |

Those file versions are well out of date. We need to know more detail of your installation. Open Excel>Help Look in the right hand pane to research this detail: 1. Is it Activated? 2. What version number is under About Microsoft Excel 3. Under the version number is the wording "Additional Version & Copyright Detail">click that What exact details are given for the version number & Office Suite in use which should look something like this: Microsoft Excel 2010 (14.0.6117.5003)SP1 MSO (14.0.6117.5000) Part of Microsoft Office Professional 4. Further down in the same box is the licence details. I assume it is licenced to you & there is a 20 figure Product ID? -- Maurice Windows 7 SP1 64 Bit OS HP Intel Pentium i7 IE 10 for Windows 7 16GB RAM |

It is activated. Version number is 14.0.4734.100 (32 bit) Microsoft Excel 2010 (14.0.4734.1000) MSO (14.0.4734.1000) Part of Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2010 My wife is the one that installed it, so it's licensed to her, but there is a product ID. |
