I was trying to run a scan, the program started and the verifying internet connection box appears but freezes. I uninstalled the program and reinstalled with the same results? I do have an internet connection. I have tried several times with the same results? Any ideas to fix this problem? The program will not move past this point?? |

I did look, but did not see the information. Sorry I missed it! I did follow the directions in the FAQ section and it fixed the problem! THANK YOU for the quick response. Hope you have a long weekend! Wayne |
