EMT2012 Verifying internet connection

I was trying to run a scan, the program started and the verifying internet connection box appears but freezes. I uninstalled the program and reinstalled with the same results? I do have an internet connection. I have tried several times with the same results? Any ideas to fix this problem? The program will not move past this point??

I did look, but did not see the information. Sorry I missed it! I did follow the directions in the FAQ section and it fixed the problem! THANK YOU for the quick response. Hope you have a long weekend!

Pleased to see U are all fixed up. Have a nice weekend.

On that basis, I will lock this thread for U sometime tomorrow unless U post back asking for it to be left open.

This will protect your mail box from possible update emails from "tag on" posts
