From within launched PSI I set up a community profile to address a problem with an urecognized browser. It did not require a password to set up. I could not access the forum from there because my web browser was not associated. I then went directly to PSI forums by internet search. In order to enter the forum I needed to enter my user name (set up as above) and a password. Well I never had a password, so I made one up and re-entered user name with password and got message that the user name was already in use. But it was me!!! I was that user name!. So now I have two user names, but only one community user name that I can't use when going directly to the forums. How can I rectify this issue? I want to have my community user name associated with the password and e-mail address i provided in the forum. Cheri |

Cheri, As explained there were/are minor issues with registration using version 2. I have written to Secunia Support & asked them to try & fix it for you. Hi Cheri To have one of your profiles deleted, please send us an email from the email address associated with the profile you wish to have deleted. Please state in the email that you wish to have your profile deleted. Email: support@secunia.com |
