I used PSI 2.0 for quite a long time without any problems. Two weeks ago I gave the 3.0 a try (direct upgrade) but decided to switch back (deinstalled 3.0 and installed 2.0) to 2.0. Unfortunately, PSI does not scan anymore. Neither the automatic scan every 7 days work nor the manual scan by clicking at "Start scan". Any idea how I get the 2.0 scanning my computer again? |

Thanks Maurice. I discoverd that "Secunia PSI Agent" is not running. If I start it manually I recieve "error 2: The system could not find a file" (translated from german). In the system part of the event manager is the same entry but there is no hint which file is missing. There are maybe some not uninstalled parts of PSI 3 Beta which are confusing PSI 2. Any other idea? Regards Erik |
