Is it me? Have I missed something or does PSI v3.0 not indicate/recommend update when obsolescence is detected? Or is it no longer detected or considered a security risk? Example is Java. Currently have JRE6 installed and v3.0 only highlighted a new version of JRE6 rather than indicating that JRE7 is now out, as would have done PSI v2.0. Is this feature planned to be added to v3.0? Hope so as a very key reason for using PSI...in my humble opinion. |

JRE 6 is not obsolete. It is still supported by Oracle. -- This answer is provided “as-is.” You bear the risk of using it. |
