Right now clients and console can no longer connect to the cloud. Is there a problem on your side?

Last edited on 20th Jun, 2012 19:46 I had the same experience on Monday morning; after some hours (at about noon CEST) it worked fine again

Same problem here-all day yesterday and so far this morning-I am also UNABLE to "START SCAN"

Some users experienced an issue Monday. The issue has been fixed. At the moment we do not have any general problems with the cloud.
