I have contacted dell and they told me there is nothing i can do short of purchasing a copy of windows which seems very redundant. oh this is for windows 7 if that makes a difference. Any suggestion?

So here is the deal - I will give U a clue & unsubscribe & leave U to sort it out with Dell if need be because it is nothing to do with this Forum although I was prepared to try and help.
