Hello, Changed long-time admin user profile on XP Pro SP3, created new, changed old admin to limited user. Discovered PSI 2.0.0.3003 was not working correctly in new admin profile. No drive letter options available, no program listings in Scan Results, even though system tray icon reported 100% score, GUI said 0% score. Had to recover old user profile for drive letter info to show, and correct 100% score to show once again. All showed after recovering user profile. I've noticed the old admin profile does not show in 'My Computer' when using new admin profile. Why is that? Standard limited user does show, however. Reason for creating an new admin profile was because some odd things were occurring when operating in this account.
