I have now downloaded and installed the new version three times. Each time I get no further that the opening page with the word Loading in the red bar 2/3rd of the way down the page. THAT SAID. I also get the indication in the task bar logo which tells me that I have an update for manual attention. Unfortunately I have no way of getting at it as the front page just freezes as described above. I have a Compaq desktop with W7 64 bit. Is the 64 the problem perhaps????? |
